Wild Spirit Backpackers Lodge is a comfy and convenient spot to stay while exploring the surrounding area, just north of Plettenberg Bay. We spent a rainy day or two just hanging out at Wild Spirit. The “real beds” in the Safari Tents offered a welcome break from our blow-ups. Because the farm roads became rather muddy in the rain, we decided to enjoy the misty view and breakfast on the deck (with free coffee) – a blissful way to start the day. In the lounge area, you will find a little library with an interesting collection of books to read and share. Book donations welcome, so if you’ve finished your “Hitchhikers Guide” just leave it on the shelf for someone else to enjoy.
